This 45 minute shopping experience at a supermarket/farm shop of your choice focuses on identifying key ingredients that provide the core for well balanced meals and foods that are less nutritionally favourable and why. You will discuss your household needs and plan some breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options over the telephone prior to the shopping trip. A weekly meal plan will serve the basis for the shop. A member of The Food Teacher Clinic will deliver this session.
