Description

A great breakfast/brunch for skin and bone health. Chives are rich in detoxifying sulphur and the eggs contain choline and lutein which help promote skin elasticity. Eggs are also a great source of protein and contain vitamin D, needed to strengthen bones and teeth.

Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes Serves: 2

Method

  1. Break two eggs into a saucepan.
  2. Add the knob of butter and seasoning.
  3. Whisk well.
  4. Gently heat , stirring occasionally.
  5. As the moisture reduces take off the heat and stir well.
  6. Stir in the chives.
  7. Serve on toasted bread
