* Omega Balance (60 capsules) from Cytoplan, is a cold pressed vegan omega supplement, which provides 500mg of omega-3 and 500mg of omega-6 per capsule. Omega-3 and omega-6 are found in every cell in the body where they have both structural and functional roles. The balance between them is important and Omega Balance is formulated to provide an appropriate ratio of the omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids EPA, DHA and GLA.
