Description

These burgers are full of flavour and rich in nutrients. Peas are a good source of vitamin K, C and manganese. They are also high in fibre, so great for gut health.

Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes Serves: 4

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender/ hand held.
  2. Add enough coconut flour to thicken to a paste.
  3. Spoon into hand and roll into burgers.
  4. Pan fry in coconut oil until starting to brown.
