Description

These fritters are full of flavour and rich in nutrients. Peas are a good source of vitamin K, C and manganese. They are also high in fibre, so great for gut health.

Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes Serves: 4

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender/ hand held.
  2. Add enough cornflour/coconut flour to thicken to a batter.
  3. Pan fry tablespoons in extra virgin olive oil/ coconut oil until starting to brown.
