This Vegan Nutrition box from The Food Teacher™ has been compiled to complement a Vegan diet. Key nutrients found in the products aim to provide essential nutrients including Omega-3, Vitamin B12, Zinc, Vitamin D and digestive enzymes to optimise digestion and bioavailability of a plant based diet.

* Omega-3 EPA & DHA (formerly Opti3, therefore differs from image) from Vegetology is a 100% natural Vegan Omega-3 created directly from microalgae grown in a lab, offering all the benefits of fish oil Omega-3 without the safety, sustainability or purity concerns associated with fish sources. It provides a high dose of EPA and DHA, the bioavailable forms of Omega-3 that the body needs for optimum absorption. Vegetology also contains 200iu of  plant sourced Vitamin D3.

* Vegan Digestive Enzymes (50) from Solgar is a unique proprietary complex that helps support your digestive system and the absorption of your food, using enzymes that are not sourced from animals.

*Nutrisorb *Zinc Complex (150ml) from BioCare Nutrisorb is an optimum potency zinc liquid, providing 15mg zinc to support immunity, hormones, fertility, growth and brain function. It can be taken under the tongue or in drinks. (*Please note this is a slightly different product than the image).
