Pecan Berry Granola




This is a delicious, wheat free recipe, ideal for the whole family. Sweetened naturally with dried berries, vanilla, cinnamon and maple syrup.

This recipe also contains buckwheat which provides both soluble and insoluble fibre. This may help cholesterol balance, blood sugar levels and gut health.

Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 40 minutes Serves: 12


  1. Preheat the oven to at 180°c/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mixing well.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the mixed ingredients on the tray and bake for 10 minutes, mix again and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Leave to cool, pour into a storage jar and serve for breakfast with fresh fruit, milk and/or yoghurt.
