Lemon Lavender Cookies



An amazing zesty flavour with a hint of calming lavender make these gluten and wheat free cookies taste delicious.

So easy to make and a great opportunity to introduce children to the benefits of plants.

Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes Serves: 6


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°c/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients and add the wet mixing well.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  4. Place teaspoons to mixture onto the baking tray and use a fork to flatten and shape into a circle.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden round the edges.
  6. Leave to cool before serving.
