Rice Flour Banana Bread

This recipe was a successful experiment with rice flour to create a delicious gluten-free banana bread. It’s so simple you just need to combine the dry and the wet ingredients and fold together. Sweetened naturally with the ripe bananas and maple syrup. Opt for brown rice flour, which is a wholegrain and contains fibre, which can help to balance blood sugar levels.
