Gluten & Grain Free Bread



Looking for a gluten, wheat and grain free bread that's delicious? Look no further.

This is so easy to make and is a great source of both protein and fibre. Delicious with mixed herbs added to the mix, topped with chopped olives and served with garlic butter. Have found children love this too, especially when served warm, so ideal for packed lunches, picnics, after school snacks.

Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes Serves: 4/6


  1. Preheat the oven to 150˚C / 300˚F/Gas Mark 2.
  2. Line a loaf tin with baking parchment.
  3. Mix the eggs, honey and vinegar together in a mixer/blender/.processor until frothy.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl, except for a tbsp. of seeds and fold into the egg mix.
  5. Pour into the loaf tin, top with the remaining seeds and cook for 30-35 minutes until firm to touch.
  6. Leave to cool and serve when warm or cold.
