Cinnamon & Walnut Gluten & Grain Free Bread



A delicious gluten, wheat and grain free sweet bread that’s perfect for afternoon tea, snack time or with cheese.

This is so easy to make and a great source of both protein and fibre. Children love this too, especially when served warm, so ideal for picnics and after school snacks.

Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes Serves: 4/6


  1. Preheat the oven to 150˚C / 300˚F/Gas Mark 2.
  2. Line a loaf tin with baking parchment.
  3. Mix the eggs, honey and vinegar together in a mixer/blender/processor until frothy.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and fold into the egg mix.
  5. Pour into the loaf tin, top with the remaining seeds and cook for 30-35 minutes until firm to touch.
  6. Leave to cool and serve when warm or cold.
  7. Enjoy!
