Description

Delicious chocolate peanut bites that are a perfect sweet treat for adults and children alike. Packed full of soluble and insoluble fibre which supports digestion and aids blood glucose regulation. The dates provide natural sweetness and contain a range of minerals including magnesium, zinc and selenium. The peanut butter and chia seeds are a good source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids, so perfect for an energy boost too.

Method

  1. Add the dates, peanut butter, chia seeds, oats and cacao powder into a food processor.
  2. Pulse until well combined.
  3. Squeeze teaspoons of mix into a ball.
  4. Roll each ball in cacao nibs.
  5. Store in the fridge.
