Description

Quick, delicious chutney, which works well with cheese, hummus, salad and/or meat. If you reduce or avoid the chilli, children also love this.

Apples are high in pectin which is a fibre and also contains slow release sugars so may help heart health and blood sugar levels.

Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 0 minutes Serves: 4

Method

  1. Cut up the apple and remove the stalks from the coriander and mint.
  2. Cut the flesh off the chilies disposing of the seeds and add all the ingredients to a food processor/blender.
  3. Pulse till you have a fairly smooth texture with no large lumps.
  4. Serve with cheese, meats, hummus and/or salad.
  5. Will keep in the fridge for 2 days.
