Apple & Mint Chutney

Quick, delicious chutney, which works well with cheese, hummus, salad and/or meat. If you reduce or avoid the chilli, children also love this.

Apples are high in pectin which is a fibre and also contains slow release sugars so may help heart health and blood sugar levels.
