‘No Kitchen Cookery for Irish Primary Schools’ has been designed for schools with limited or no kitchen access to deliver an aspect of Food and Nutrition in the Social Personal Health Education Curriculum, within classrooms.
‘No Kitchen Cookery’ aims to give teachers an outline for cookery lessons with objectives, outcomes and assessment opportunities clearly identified and provides straightforward easy to follow recipes.
Nutrition know how, a glossary and dietary adaptations are included.
Recipes include dips, salads, drinks, desserts and snacks.
